Garlic cream, Caciocavallo Cheese

Fresh Basil Oil & Herbs Nibbles, Pickles & Bites

1st Course chilled tomato soup, dill, olive oil

2nd Course grilled bronzino, tomato tartar, fried capers & shaved bean salad

3rd Course bbq lamb shoulder griddle corn cakes marinated zucchini and blossoms garlic, fresh mint sauce & whipped yoghurt

4th Course summer fruit shortcake trifle
