This menu celebrates summer produce and bread... what else is there? This dinner is served mezze style, with all components plated together on a large, compostable lunch tray. A little bit of everything, built to share with your best pals. 

The Menu

Cherry Tomato Breadsticks

 Za’atar Manoushe: flatbread w/ za’atar + olive oil

Sesame pita

Matbucha: fire-roasted tomato, onions + peppers w/ allium + plenty of olive oil

Marinated Eggplant: wood-fired eggplant marinated in a garlic/herb vinaigrette

Toorshi Pickles: tomato-based pickle w. warm spices

Herby Sunflower Seed dip

Summer Bean Salad: in an urfa pepper + garlic vin

Beet Tahina Dip: roasted beets, tahini, lots o’ lemon

Sumac onions + herbs: nice little salad condiment
